Coming from a long line of Chefs and cooks, watching and learning from my ancestors, inspired me to become a chef. I studied and graduated from Kitchen Academy in Hollywood, California in 2005. With the knowledge from being professionally trained and years of being at my great-grandmother’s side as she prepared feasts for hundreds of people, cooking became my passion. Born in Culver City, California and raised in Inglewood, California by a single mother showed me an incredible work ethic. I absolutely love to make people happy by way of incredible cuisine.
